Delete your Tiny Sprouts account

You can delete your Tiny Sprouts account, and the personal data linked to it, at any time. This applies to accounts used on tinysprouts.in and in the Tiny Sprouts app for Android and iPhone.

Delete it in the app

  1. Open the Tiny Sprouts app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Account tab.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account, then confirm.

Or ask us by email

If you no longer have the app, email support@tinysprout.in from the email address on your account, with the subject line Delete my account. We will confirm by reply and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your account profile: name, email address, phone number and saved addresses.
  • Your sign-in to the app and the website.
  • Children's names and size bands saved in the app are stored only on your phone and are removed when you delete your account or uninstall the app.

What we keep, and for how long

  • Order records and invoices are kept for 8 years because Indian tax law requires it. They are no longer linked to a usable account.
  • Design files uploaded for a Create Your Own order are deleted 90 days after the order is delivered.
