Amazon Marketplace Data Policy

Tiny Sprouts Creations® sells through Amazon.in as well as through this website. Where you have purchased from us on Amazon, we receive limited information about your order from Amazon, and we handle it separately from information collected through this Site. This page explains how.
This page supplements our Privacy Policy. Where the two differ in respect of information received from Amazon, this page applies.
What we receive
Your name, delivery address and the contents of your order. We receive this only for orders that we fulfil ourselves, and only at the point of fulfilment. We do not receive or store your payment details.
How we use it
Solely to pick, pack, label and despatch your order, and to keep the accounting records required by law.
We do not use Amazon order information for marketing, advertising, audience building, profiling or analytics. It is never added to our marketing lists, never used to target advertising, and is never sold or shared for advertising purposes. Any part of our Privacy Policy describing marketing or advertising uses of personal information does not apply to information received from Amazon.
Who we share it with
Only our fulfilment partners, Qikink and Printrove, and only where they are producing and despatching your particular order. They receive only the delivery details needed to get the parcel to you, one order at a time, over an encrypted connection.
Both are bound by written data protection terms at least as protective as Amazon’s Data Protection Policy. They may not use the information for any other purpose, may not share it onward, and may not keep it beyond fulfilment.
Orders fulfilled by Amazon itself are shipped by Amazon, and no buyer information passes to us or to any partner.
How we protect it
Information is encrypted in transit and encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to the business owner. Every access is recorded in an audit log which is reviewed at least fortnightly, and which is designed so that any alteration to it is detectable.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed to fulfil your order and to meet statutory record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
For orders placed on Amazon, Amazon is the primary controller of your information and its own privacy notice applies. To ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted where we are not required by law to keep it, contact us and we will respond as required under applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act.
